Plasma welding •Concentrated arc for deep weld penetration. •Edge preparation can be avoided, greatly reducing production costs. Our proprietary double-shielded torch greatly reduces electrode wear and consumption, reducing required maintenance and improving production quality.

Plasma welding system. Using a concentrated plasma arc, and key hole (penetration), a weld can be done in one pass. For medium steel plates, welding time is greatly reduced compared to TIG multi-layer welding.

By combining vision guidance and a force sensor, applications that require fine assembly with precise fit-up that are difficult to accomplish by hand can be completed reliably with our robots. Knowing component locations prior to assembly and then monitoring assembly forces from engagement through final position are essential to delivering reliable, force-feedback assembly with our robots.
